Term and Condition

Return Policy 

1) Goods sold are non-refundable. Exchange is allowed within 7days from date of purchase with original receipt. (Receipt will be posted to you together with the goods you purchased.) 

2) Buyer bears ALL the shipping fee for exchange purposes.

3) Merchandise can be exchange once only. We regret items that are altered, damaged, used or cleaned inappropriately cannot be exchanged.

4) All returned merchandise has to be in their original packaging, bearing price tags. Free gift must be returned at same time as well. 

Payment & Shipping Policy

1) Once the order has been placed, kindly bank in within 3days, and inform us immediately. System will automatically cancel the order after 3days if payment has not be made.

2) For multiple-item purchases of 4 items and more we provide combined shipping for customers to save costs. Before you place the order please email us first. We will calculate the exact shipping and handling rate for you. For international shipping, buyers are advisable to check out the shipping fee with us before you proceed into order placing. 

3) Most of the orders are shipped out within 1~2 working days of receiving the payment( Ready Stock). For Pre-order stock, we will ship out within 14 working days of receiving the payment. 

4)  You will always receive confirmation after your order is shipped. If you choose to have your order shipped via Courier, Pos Laju, Pos Express and Registered Post ,you will also receive a tracking number via email. 

5) We always encourage the buyers (the recipients) to keep tracking the package as frequently as they can, and to make sure that there is someone at home/office to receive the package. 

6) We will not be held responsible for any lose of package after the package is delivered to the recipient's address, and the courier company/post office confirms that the package has been delivered to the recipient's address.
